FSPS, Inc. a Colorado registered corporation since 2003, had its roots as a division in Project Jazz, LLC, a Project Management services company now inactivated.
FSPS is now recognized for providing professional and acquisition services supporting the needs of the federal, DoD, IC and Public Safety sectors. As a SBA Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) certified corporation, FSPS can assess, integrate and sustain mission critical federal, intelligence community and state/local I.T. systems, including projects requiring personnel needing active security clearances.
Pat Morgan, graduating from Utah State, Class of “75” was commissioned a 2LT in the USAF. After an extended flying, logistics and Research and Development (R&D) career in the military, entered private practice in aerospace and Fortune 50 I.T. services. As President and CEO of FSPS Inc, his second startup, since 2003, guides a team of Subject Matter Experts (SME) and support staff to continue our strong past performance legacy.
FSPS Inc has registered the Trademark – IMMERSIVE® with USPTO as a Media Services architectural and integration services division for developing the highest end video and audio media productions.
