Federal Systems Professional Services, FSPS, had its roots as a Division under Project Jazz, LLC. The Division was focused in 1998 as a professional and acquisition services organization to support needs in the federal and DoD sector. As a Veteran-Owned Business, FSPS can assess and implement federal I.T. systems to include projects requiring personnel needing active clearances to perform that work.
FSPS Inc. a Colorado registered corporation, since 2003, had its origin in Project Jazz, LLC, a Project Management services company.
Pat Morgan, graduating from Utah State, Class of “75” was commissioned a 2LT in the USAF. After an extended flying, logistics and Research and Development (R&D) career in the military, entered private practice in aerospace and I.T. services. As President and CEO of FSPS Inc, his second startup, since 2003, guides a team of Subject Matter Experts (SME) and support staff to continue our strong past performance legacy.
FSPS Inc has registered the Trademark – IMMERSIVE with USPTO as a Media Services architectural and integration services division for developing the highest end video and audio media productions.
